This mortice deadlock complies to the new standard of BS EN 12209:2003 and also the more popular BS3621:2004

The above standards mean that the lock boasts the following :

- Hardened steel deadbolt operated by key from both sides

- Hardened steel deadbolt (>20mm bolt throw) resists sawing and drilling

- Two part keyhole escutcheon set supplied

- Hardened steel anti-drill plates fitted to both sides

- High corrosion resistance

- 1500 differs (Keyed alike also available)

- Brass detainers

- Supplied with two steel keys
